Job overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent typing and interpersonal skills to work as a  Medical Secretary to the  in the Upper GI Department.

You will work closely with the administrative and clinical team, supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective office service.



Main duties of the job

Candidates should possess a professional attitude to their work and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment. You ideally will have experience of working as a secretary and are familiar with secretarial and administrative processes and practices.

You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is able to be flexible with their working hours.
