This is an excellent career opportunity for a HR Professional wishing to build on a broad base of existing experience to move to the role of Deputy Human Resources People Partner (DHRPP), Womens, Childrens and Diagnostics Division

This post is based at Royal Stoke but there is a requirement to travel to County, Stafford to support Divisional Teams.

Main duties of the job

The DHRBP will work with HR Directorate colleagues to contribute to the delivery & implementation of operational Employee Relations objectives outlined within the HR People Plan.  

You will have demonstrable experience at HR Advisor/Deputy level & a demonstrable track record in providing a proactive client centred HR service. You will have a breadth of experience in dealing with employee relations issues & in being solution focused to support required business aims.    You will hold a post-graduate CIPD qualification or equivalent & your capability to develop further will be a major factor in our decision making.

  • • Evidence of personal professional development
  • • Post graduate CIPD qualification or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria
  • • Demonstrable experience at Advisor / Deputy HR Manager level, with a track record of dealing with issues in a complex environment
  • • Awareness and experience with organisational policies and procedures
  • • Good working knowledge of Employment Legislation.
